| Bay County is located in the fourteenth judicial circuit. With a county population of almost 175,000 the county seat is Panama City, Florida. The primary law enforcement agency is the Bay county sheriffs office. Aside from the Florida Highway Patrol, the county is also protected by the panama city police department. The other cities located within the county include callaway, cedar grove, lynn haven, mexico beach, panama city beach, parker, and springfield. The courthouse is located in Panama City and the clerk of court is situated at 300 East 4th Street in Panama City, Florida. The clerk has online computer access and individuals are able to search the court records online.
